Many months ago I was in severe chronic pain with a pinched nerve in my neck. I had two epidural injections which didn’t relieve my pain and I did not want to ingest toxic pain relieving medications nor did I want to have surgery. I was depressed because the constant pain affected every aspect of my daily activities. Thankfully, I saw an article about a gentle chiropractic technique at La Starza Wellness and called for an appointment. They answered my questions and scheduled an appointment with Dr La Starza. After one adjustment, I felt confident I was finally on my way to recovery. I haven’t taken any pain medications since that first visit to La Starza Wellness and I feel very good.
